  • Once I sign up with you, how soon will my mail start arriving at Travellers Mailbag?"
    Typically mail starts arriving between 5 to 10 days after the start date of your USPS change of address card.
  • What time does the mail arrive at Travellers Mailbag?
    The mail usually arrives between 1030am - 1200pm, and takes a couple of hours to distribute. Priority is given to first class mail.
  • When can I pick up my Mail?
    DURING BUSINESS HOURS: Anytime between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on week days, and 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturdays. AFTER BUSINESS HOURS: You can call ahead and have us drop mail/parcel next door inside the Bridgeway Gym. This would be for pick-up same day evening or for next day early AM pick-up. Please note Bridgeway Gym hours: Monday- Friday 5:30AM–9PM Saturday...........7AM–7PM Sunday.............7AM–6:30PM
  • Can I receive special deliveries at Travellers Mailbag?
    Yes, we sign for both packages and mail (except certified, if requested) delivered by the U.S. Postal Office, as well as items shipped by all other major carriers such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, GSO and Amazon delivery services.
  • I need to ship a package, can you do this?"
    Yes, we post mail and packages/boxes via the US Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex through our account, and provide an invoice for you.
  • Can you forward my mail to an out of town location?
    Yes, as long as there’s a mail service that delivers in your area.
  • I'm going to be traveling/living abroad for an extended period of time. Can I still get a mailbox with you?
    Absolutely! For clients in your situation, we offer the Traveller Box for holding and/or forwarding your mail as requested. We also can send you scanned mail electronically via e-mail or cloud based applications like Dropbox.
  • Can a friend or family member pick up my mail for me?
    Yes, as long as you tell us the person's name and he or she shows up with proper I.D.
  • Can I send or recieve faxes at Travellers Mailbag?
    Yes! For a very small fee when compared to any other source. $1 first page, .50, each additional page.
  • Do you have a preference on how you're paid?
    Yes, we accept Cash, Money Orders, Checks, and all major credit cards. We prefer to be paid through ACH direct bank transfer or Billpay through your bank, which is free and reduces our business costs. We can send you an invoice with the ACH transfer option. Simply enter your bank's routing and account information on the attached form.
  • What should I do if i have to cancel my service?
    Please give us 30 days' notice. To assist the transition, we'll provide a Change of Address list to help inform you inform all of your important contacts of your address change.
