We have two mailbox options to fit your needs:
These boxes are best for renters who are in town and can pick up their mail at least once a week. You have access to all of our services listed below, including package receiving and shipping, fax service, and occasional mail forwarding.
These are designed for sailors and people on the go! Have peace of mind that your mail is being held, and/or forwarded on to you while you’re busy working or playing elsewhere. You have access to all of our services when you’re in town, and the benefit of having your mail taken care of while you’re at other destinations and points in between.
We offer you faxing services, both incoming and outgoing, for a nominal fee.
A copy of your Incoming Fax, or of your Outgoing Fax cover sheet, will be placed in your mailbox.
Do you also have a Sausalito P.O. Box? If you’re a Travellers Mailbag customer we can pick up your P.O. Box mail for a minimal surcharge per month.
Miscellaneous
• We can provide you with a comprehensive Change of Address List to help you inform all your important contacts of your new address!
• We’ll cull out your junk mail (as instructed).
• If you let us know you’re expecting a particular piece of mail or package, we’ll watch for it and call or email you when it arrives.
• If you receive a jury summons and we know you’re unable to check out your mail in a timely way, we’ll either call or email you any pertinent information you may need regarding the summons.
• We’ll sign for your mail and packages from other mail delivery companies, like DHL and UPS (except USPS certified mail).
• We’ll store large packages/boxes for you for up to one week.
• If you have a business photo/flyer that advertises a product or service you provide, we’ll be happy to place a copy of it on the foyer bulletin board for our customer’s viewing.
